Huei Ming Juang

HM White is delighted to announce the addition of Huei Ming Juang to the firm. With over nine years of international experience in architecture and landscape architecture, her diverse experience shapes her approach to creating places for communities, neighborhoods, and institutional campuses. Huei Ming has a Masters in Architecture and worked as a designer for two years with Sheng-yuan Hwang Architects and Planners where she led the design for Yi-lan River Park, an urban waterfront park in Taiwan. In acquiring her Masters in Landscape Architecture at the University of Pennsylvania, Huei-Ming was awarded an ASLA student award. Following graduation, she participated in a number of international design competitions and was recognized with 2nd place prize for the Korea- Magok Waterfront competition and 1st prize for Taiwain’s Tz-lake Cultural District. She went on to create compelling entries for Parque de Valdebebas in Madrid, Spain, and the Bronx New York Grand Concourse competitions. Currently, Heui Ming is designing an iconic rooftop terrace for a new high concept hotel in Times Square that features foot bath troughs, fire pits, vegetated screen wall enclosures and sinuous ribbons of lounge seating elements. She is also heading up the design for a two level penthouse roof garden that features a meadow, poplar grove lounge and a series of thematic garden rooms.
