HM White has collaborated with FXFOWLE Architects in completing four of the first mix-use development parcels for Riyadh’s planned urban financial center.
As Saudi Arabia’s first LEED certified buildings, HM White has designed and established the character of the surrounding public streetscape spaces and their connection to the district’s central park-the ‘wadi.’
A rigorous environmentally sensitive doctrine governs each landscape design intervention through water conservation and micro-climatic mitigation strategies. As one of the first design teams to complete comprehensive design and construction document packages for the project’s overseeing agency, Rayadah Investment Company, HM White’s documents remain the standard by which all development parcels are measured and evaluated.
